Sarvo International supplies Canadian Green Lentils across three major varieties — Laird, Richlea, and Eston — sourced exclusively from Saskatchewan, the heartland of Canadian lentil production. Each variety offers distinct size and colour characteristics suited to different market preferences and end-use applications.

Laird is the largest variety, with a slate-green appearance and full flavour, widely preferred in European and Middle Eastern retail markets. Richlea is a medium-sized variety with a brighter green colour, commonly used in food service and processing. Eston is the smallest variety, valued for its uniform size and reliable cooking quality, particularly popular in South and Southeast Asian markets.
